Ashley Walma – Orthodontic
Assistant
Hi, I’m Ashley and in addition to assisting Dr. Puntillo and Dr. Crane, I also maintain our instruments. My career is very rewarding in many ways. I love to see the way our patients smile and their elevated confidence levels after completing treatment. Our doctors always go above and beyond for their patients and keep up with the newest technology.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Caleb, and we have a dog named Sophie. In my free time I like to knit, scrapbook, make jewelry, and travel.
Stephanie Faverty – Practice
Coordinator
Hello, I’m Stephanie and I help both Dr. Puntillo and Dr. Crane run the office as smoothly as possible. I usually am at the front desk and greet all patients, schedule all appointments, and answer telephones. Sitting at the front desk, I see and talk to all patients who come into the office. I love when the patients and parents tell us what is going on in their lives. I have worked with Dr. Puntillo since he opened the practice in 1994 and it is wonderful to see how much he has accomplished. Both he and Dr. Crane have strived to provide all our patients with the best orthodontic care.
I am married to my husband, Garret, and we have a daughter, Sydney, and two dogs, Duke and Prince. I love to spend time with my daughter and also watch NASCAR.
Cindy Andree – Supply
Coordinator
Hello, I’m Cindy and I maintain and order stock for all the offices, schedule appointments and maintenance calls, make sure equipment is in working order, and work with patients. My favorite part of my job is seeing the patients’great smiles and watching patients’ their self-esteem grow. Dr. Puntillo is a great leader who is always looking to improve our practice. He is very interested in new technology and improving our patients’ experiences. Dr. Crane is fun and witty and has a great rapport with our patients.
I enjoy reading and spending time with my friends. I also love riding motorcycles.
Becky Gargano –
Treatment Coordinator
Hello, I’m Becky and my job is to assist our doctors during a patient’s initial visit with our office. I explain the process of the placement of the orthodontic appliance and what to expect at the visits. I also work out financial arrangements for our patients and explain their insurance benefits. My favorite part of my job is meeting a new patient during their initial visit. I am gratified to see the significant improvement in self –confidence that our patients experience through orthodontic care. Everyday is a learning experience and I've learned so much over the years from listening to our great doctors.
I have been married to my husband since 1996 and we have three beautiful children. Most of my leisure time is spend with my kids and taking lots of pictures and scrap booking. I love to surround myself with photos of the people I love. Their beautiful smiling faces serve as a constant reminder of what is really important in this world.
Samantha Roach – Clinic
Coordinator
Hi, I’m Samantha and I assist the doctors by helping to put on braces, doing adjustments, and help answering the phones. I like working with our patients, especially kids, and learning about their interests. Our doctors are professional, yet easy to talk to. They make our work environment fun.
I am recently married to my high school sweetheart and we have a beautiful three year old daughter. I love to scrapbook, read James Patterson books, and watch Bears and White Sox games.
Carolyn Arce – Assistant
Hello, I’m Carolyn and I take the records (photographs, x-rays, & impressions) for our new patients and those who have recently completed treatment. I also interpret for our Spanish speaking patients. I enjoy watching how our patients’ smiles transform along with the joy they express when their braces are removed. I love working with Dr. Puntillo and Dr. Crane because they take the time to answer patients’ questions in a thorough manner, and they create beautiful smiles!
I am married to my wonderful husband and we have two beautiful children and a
small dog. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and engage in
voluntary worldwide bible education program.
Donna Daugherty –
Treatment Coordinator
Hi, I’m Donna. As a Treatment Coordinator, it’s a pleasure to assist Dr.’s Puntillo and Crane in extending the utmost in professional treatment and quality care to our patients. It’s enjoyable to meet with and gather information from our patients in order to provide the best possible orthodontic experience.
I live in Crown Point with my wonderful family, Mike, Colleen, John, and Coogan. We enjoy watching and participating in all sports. Go Yankees, Boilers, Irish, Niners, Bulldogs, Wildcats, and Green Hornets!!
Donna Kortas –
Scheduling coordinator
Hello, I’m Donna and I am one of the first smiling faces our patients see when entering our office. I encourage and answer any questions our patients or parents may have. My favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement of the patients and their parents when they walk out of the operatory with a dazzling smile the day the braces come off.
I have been married to my husband, Al, for 25 years and our oldest daughter, Lindsay, married her high school sweetheart, Kevin, in June. Our youngest daughter is a college student and we have two grand-dogs. I love to travel, go on family camping trips, read Christian fiction, make cards, and work out at the YMCA.
Joanne Higgins – Financial
Coordinator
Hi, I'm Joanne and as financial coordinator, my duties are to work with patient and parents on financial matters, file insurance claims, and schedule appointments. I love interacting with patients and hearing how much they love their new smiles. I love working with the doctors because they are professional and they have the best interests of their patients in mind.
I have a husband, Chuck, a son, Tim, and an active puppy named Izzy. In my free time I enjoy shopping, reading, vacationing, exercising, and watching Lowell football.
Kathleen Zurbriggen – Lab
Coordinator
Hi, my name is Kathleen and I work on patients in the operatory removing wires, take I-Cat scans, X-rays, and impressions. It is fun to watch how our patients change through their treatment. Not only do their teeth change, but our adolescent patients actually mature right in front of our eyes. Both doctors are very professional and kind to work for.
I am married to my husband, Jim, and we have two daughters, Allison and Jaclyn, and a dog named Zena. In my free time I teach Pilates, work out at the YMCA, and I love to read.
Jennifer Reba –
Assistant
Hello, I'm Jennifer and I take photos and impressions for patients when they have their initial consultation. I like my job because I get to interact with patients a lot and it keeps me very busy. The doctors are very professional and helpful and continue to learn new things as technology changes.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Brandon, and I love to camp and be outdoors when the weather permits. I am also involved in a volunteer Bible education program which I participate in many days during the week.
Brenda Ebert

Hello, I’m Brenda and I have been working at Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics for 17 years. I like getting to know about our patients’ and their interests. I let them know that I understand and am here if they are uncomfortable or have questions. I love working with the doctors because they maintain a fun yet professional atmosphere.
I have an amazing daughter, Danyel, who keeps me very busy with tumbling and cheerleading. In my free time I enjoy reading, coaching cheerleading, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
Kim Beal-Moore- Treatment Coordinator
Hi, my name is Kim and I am one of the first people you will meet upon arriving at our office. My goal is to make sure you understand your treatment options and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I love being part of such an amazing team!
I am married to my wonderful husband, Bill, we have three children Jon, Whitney and Paige. In my free time I enjoy video games, boating and traveling.
Elizabeth Underwood – Dental
Hygienist
Hello, I'm Elizabeth and I remove the bracket adhesive at the completion of care. I also help my coworkers with sterilization and cleaning. I like to inform educate our patients on proper oral hygiene. I love seeing our patients' beautiful smiles after their braces are removed. Our staff works very well together and we have a great time hanging out with each other outside of work, too!
I am married to my husband, Scott, and we have two children, Teralyn and Lucas, and two Chihuahuas named Lenny and Diego. I enjoy bike riding, walking, reading, exercising, solving puzzles, and coaching cheerleading.

Hi, my name is Amy. I've been assisting in Orthodontics for 10 years. I love what I do; being part of an awesome team and working with great patients, all of whom have an ultimate goal in mind....a beautiful smile!
I am married to Eric. We have 1 daughter, Allison, and a dog, Rocco. In my free time, I like to read, watch movies, scrapbook and spend time with my friends and family.
Rachel Jewett-Clinical

Hello, I am Rachel. I have been working in Orthodontics for 7 years now and love seeing all the smiles that have been made. I joined the Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics team in February of 2011. I assist the doctors in the clinic doing wire changes, bondings and debandings. We all do an excellent job making every patient feel comfortable.
I am married to my husband Rob, we have one son named Evan and a stepson Jake. In my free time I love hanging by the pool, camping, motorcycles and watching the boys play baseball.

Hi, I'm Kristina and I assist Dr. Puntillo and Dr. Crane in the clinic. I have worked in orthodontics for four years and enjoy my job very much. The best part of my job is watching all of our patients go through treatment and receive beautiful, healthy smiles. I enjoy working with our entire staff and all of our patients.
I have an awesome dachsund puppy named Paxson who never leaves my side. I am part of a co-ed volleyball team in Illinois and also bowl in a league once a week. I enjoy reading Nicholas Sparks, shopping, and spending time with my family and friends.

Hi, I'm Lelani and I have the pleasure of assisting Dr. Puntillo and Dr. Crane in the clinic. I love being part of such an amazing team. Making our patients smile everyday is a great feeling and is a big part of why I love my job so much.
I am the mother of a monster truck loving 4 year old who is the light of my life, along with his best friend, our 6 year old American Pitbull. I hail from a long list of lucky students who've attended the University of Michigan, despite that fact that I was blessed with a wonderful clinical assistant position here at Puntillo and Crane Orthodontics and Notre Dame alumni. I have lived in Indiana for 6 years and plan to continue building a happy life here for my family.
Emily Powers - Clinical Assistant
I'm Emily and I assist the Dr's. I enjoy working with the patients and getting to know them. I love helping improve their smile and confidence. I'm very proud to be a part of a wonderful team. I look foward to helping to create beautiful smiles and memories.
I live in Lowell with my wonderful husband Michael, two adorable boys Kendall and Dylan, and energetic dogs Major and Ozzy. I love to spend time with my family, exercise, and read.

Hello, I’m Danne’. I am new to the team. You will find me greeting you at the front desk. I have over 10 years experience in the Administrative Field. I’m happy to work with two excellent doctors and with a great team! It’s so rewarding to see that we can make a positive difference in peoples lives with a new smile!
I am married to my very talented husband. He plays guitar, piano, and is the lead singer of his band. Together, we enjoy spending time with family and being outdoors. I like biking, hiking, and vacationing in the mountains. I also am involved in a worldwide volunteer work that helps our community.
